Marq Agboyani Named as New Revenue Manager at IREGC

YORK, Pa. — July 18, 2025 — Marq Agboyani has stepped into the role of revenue manager at the Investment Real Estate Group of Companies (IREGC), effective July 7.

Agboyani brings a proven track record of driving growth. Previously, he worked as the business analytics manager for Storage360, where he delivered 12 consecutive months of revenue growth. Additionally, he gained leadership experience serving as the director of solutions for the Center for Applied Management Practice.

Agboyani also brings a variety of other skills, including data architecture and engineering, programming, security and compliance, and collaboration.

“Marq brings exactly what we need at this stage of our growth — a data-driven mindset and the expertise to turn analytics into action,” said Jack Fritsche, chief operating officer. “His deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends will help us make more informed decisions and uncover new opportunities for improvement and innovation.”

As the revenue manager, Agboyani will play an essential role in driving company growth by streamlining back-office operations and by providing management with the analytical support needed to make key business decisions. Other responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer segments and implementing strategies as needed.

“I’m excited to join a company that values growth through insight,” said Agboyani. “I look forward to helping IREGC deepen its understanding of its customers and using data to support smarter, faster decisions across the organization.”
